I found Lance to be a hard working, professional and a pleasure to deal with. His advice with carpets, painting and inspections was spot on and he always did exactly what he said he would do. I like the guy and he certainly knows his stuff. He did work extremely hard with selling our property in somewhat trying & difficult circumstances. My only negative is the Dowling signage used at our property. On a corner block with great exposure, the standard Dowling sign appeared second rate and amateurish at best. I will gladly work with Lance again & he did a great job. Ged
