Lance was very knowledgeable of his properties, what it would take to make a sale and which property was right for the purchaser. He communicated both by phone and email and we were never left in the lurch.

He worked hard before we were ready to sell, through the marketing, negotiation and selling process, and even after settlement. Every step of the way, his thoughts and opinions mirrored ours.
