I cannot praise Lance Jensen enough for achieving a successful outcome in which was a very difficult situation where i inspected the property prior to the 'Open Inspection' and submitted an offer to the buyer. My greatest fear that was a 'mini - auction' might eventuate, but Lance took me through a process of submitting an offer that the vendors agreed to accept. I am very greatful for the integrity in which Lance dealed with me.and absolutely delighted with my Marks Point home on the water. I will go back to Dowling Real Estate in the future wherever possible.
