Personable but sometimes hard to contact from a buyer's point of view, Lance did a good job for the vendors as they were his principal client. Our mortgage broker said he contacted her to finalise the details and was efficient in arranging the transaction. If you are selling a house Lance would probably work hard for you.

Appreciate dealing with an agent with who you give your best offer, below the asking price, and straight up informed him that was my limit. He was very understanding of the situation, and unlike other agents I have dealt with, didn't waste time trying to get more from me. Was upfront about the whole process, and the job was done. Lance then went out of his way to accomodate all requests before settlement such as measurements for furniture, helping with paperwork, and overall was a very surprisingly honest and communicative agent to deal with. No high pressure sale pitch which is usually the case. Unlike most other agents you will deal with. Many other agents sign contracts, then once their sale is assured aren't as accomodating.
