In 2019 I decided to renovate. I called Lance Jenson to come and give me an opinion. He made some suggestions and provided me with some trade contacts who proved reliable and economic. I was impressed with the work on the house and Lance gave me ideas as well as advice on where to spend the money, but equally where to save money. His advice was so important and accurate for improving the value of the property. When the coronavirus hit I was worried whether I could even sell a house in the middle of a pandemic. His knowledge and his confidence on how to prepare was important before listing, his judgement on the right range to price the property to get the maximum interest without undervaluing the property, was absolutely spot on. A lot of things stood out to me about Lance and his work. 1. He is very professional and works very hard for you : I would call him almost every day/second day at the end of the day and he sounded exhausted. He starts early and finishes only when he has done all he can in that day for you. 2. His timing, his knowledge, and his ability to find buyers and engage effectively with them was so good I was actually shocked when in middle of the pandemic in May he had 4 offers well over what I had even hoped to achieve all within the first 48 hours. He knows his job, his abilities, and the market. 3. He is honest, but solid to his principles and word. He doesn't back down and takes it personally to surprise you and get you more than even what he promises, and what you even think you would be happy with. 4. He won't rush you or pressure you, moving at the pace you are comfortable with throughout the whole journey. For an Agent he is surprisingly patient and thoughtful. And he will take the time to answer your text messages and provide you with the confidence you need each step of the way. I can really recommend Lance, he works very hard for his clients, he knows his market, where the potential is, and he got me so much more than I expected.
From the first open, Lance was very personable and understood my needs and price range. With current challenges surrounding finance approval (banks working remotely during Covid), Lance listened to my concerns and provided reassurance that ultimately allowed me to go to auction and purchase this property.
