When I bought my house through Lance 5 years ago, I knew that if I was to ever sell it, it would be through him. An absolute professional and top in his field, he’s an expert in the area and knows exactly what he is doing. When we were thinking of selling, he worked with us to let us know things that were important to update and what to leave, so that the property had the best chance in the current market - his long history in the profession extremely valuable when you’re not wanting to waste money and sell for top dollar! The process itself was totally smooth sailing and we could completely trust him to do the best job with marketing and dealing with prospective buyers. He brought us multiple offers within the first week and even though price is important when it comes to selling a house, Lance knew the added importance of contract terms for us; working with prospective buyers to limit conditions and ended up presenting us an unconditional offer that we couldn’t refuse - the day after the first open home. Even though he works for us, what really impressed me is his genuine care for the buyers as well. He went above and beyond after the contract was signed to facilitate some furniture sales between the buyers and ourselves when this wasn’t his job or responsibility, just to help out! I found Lance to be extremely helpful and responsive. He gave great advice and calmed the nerves of a very nervous and anxious first home buyer. He was knowledgeable about the property and what needed to happen and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He kept me up to date and checked in regularly during the process, which has all been very smooth.
