It is an easy task to recommend Lar to whomever reads this review. Lar is a very personable lady who is very keen to share her views on the market. Lar has had many successes across the region and can draw upon these successes and the long reach she has into the buyers domain to drive a good amount os prospective buyers to your home. She is always early to the open days, always responds to enquirers and always follows up any contacts. Lar was diligent in providing information to us after each open day with information she obtained from the attendees. Our time on the market was relatively short and we believe this is as a result of the efforts put in by Lar and the Ray White FTG office.
How lucky were we that Lar was walking through the streets in our area and managed to speak to us as we were working in the front garden. It was indeed one of the first signs of her dedication to her job. That initial meeting and conversation is what drew us in. When we first met Lar we were immediately at ease and felt very confident of her services. She set us in the right direction particularly with our failure to sell with a previous agent. Lar knew confidently and accurately the price we should set for the sale of the property, the length of time it would take to sell and the volume of inspections. She was clear, flexible and understanding on fees to accommodate us as we had already paid other agent’s fees from another agency, yet with no sale from them. The lesson learnt here was that Lar and the Ray White office in Ferntree Gully, knew well the pricing of the area and what could be achieved. Having a large office that utilises all Ray White offices in Melbourne hence a larger buying market/network and similarly all agents work together, which is of course of benefit to the vendor and even the buyer. From the moment the selling campaign began, even without initial advertising, the amount of inspections Lar conducted outnumbered the total with no sale from the previous agent. Thereafter the inspections continued to grow with genuine interest. Her flexibility in showing the house during the week and on weekends, sometimes even in her own time, played a huge role in capturing buyers and again showed her dedication, perseverance and commitment. Lar would always keep us informed and we could call her anytime......never a problem! Going the extra mile was of no concern for Lar. Even when we were overseas she tended to our garden and looked after our property whilst it was on the market. We felt very confident, trustworthy of her, and at ease while we were away. As a buyer I was impressed and more than happy with the efforts of Lar and Angel on behalf of both the buyer and seller. To say I was concerned about the "sale by set date" process would be an understatement. However my concerns were unwarranted thanks in no small part to the integrity and honesty of Lar and Angel.
