She inhibits a lot of reliability and get out of her way to assist me in all the documentation process and she even work on Sunday evening to get my paperwork sorted so that the Vendor can sign on it. Simply the best agent.
As a buyer I was impressed and more than happy with the efforts of Lar and Angel on behalf of both the buyer and seller. To say I was concerned about the "sale by set date" process would be an understatement. However my concerns were unwarranted thanks in no small part to the integrity and honesty of Lar and Angel. When I first met Lar when she came around to drop off her Ray White agent's information sheet, she gave me a very friendly smile and asked if I was cleaning or moving home. When I told her I was preparing for move and to put the house for sale, she started giving me information of how to go about and about the area around and the house prices. She also quickly stepped in to say I can come around and give you an evaluation and discuss. Though I already had 2 real estate agents I was attracted to Lar's warm and genuine approach to her job.
