We started our search for our Peppy hideaway with Larisa many years ago. Larisa helped us with our purchase in the area and remained a close contact over the subsequent years. Her local knowledge and commitment to the region is natural, honest and enthusiastic. When it came to sell, Larisa was the only choice for us and she worked tirelessly and with total professionalism. When it is time for us to return Larisa will one of the first people we will call.

Thank you Larisa, for facilitating our move to this lovely spot on the coast. You were fantastic in thinking outside the square, making a difficult move easier. Thanks again for your hard work and we wish you all the best with the future. Diane and Bill

Larisa was a great person to deal with . She is very knowledgeable about the Peppermint Grove Beach area and followed through on all our queries and requests. She was great with the negotiation and all interaction with the seller and maintained a relaxed relationship with all parties. It’s been a pleasure working with Larisa. Always goes the extra mile to ensure communication is clear and up to date, the best outcome and a positive energy. It’s been a pleasurable process.

Larisa was very approachable and easy to deal with. We felt there was an element of trust from the initial phone call to the signing of contracts. Which came from the transparency shown to us by Larisa. She seemed to have both parties best interest at heart which is all one can ask for from an agent. We will definitely engage Larisa’s services again when the time comes. Thanks Larisa
