What can I say about Larisa Tomuli ? Many Things. Larisa was engaged to sell my Mothers ( Heather ) beach house which had been part of the family for precisely 40 years. It is a property that has immense sentimental attachment to her in particular as well as the entire family. It was a decision that was very emotive to all. I have only the utmost praise for Larisa regarding the way she conducted herself. She was the complete professional. She was completely honest and upfront with every aspect of the transaction. Her market knowledge was frighteningly accurate. She gave Heather a figure that I personally thought a little over the top. Larisa also walked Heather through the whole process. So much so Heather had a complete grasp of the selling process and relayed that she was completely comfortable with what lay ahead and had full confidence in Larisa. When the offer came in I was proved wrong. Larisa produced an offer for the dollars she said she would achieve. Only the consummate professional is capable of this and again attests to her having complete market knowledge at her fingertips. Her communication abilities were second to none. She was in constant contact with updates as to what was happening with the marketing campaign.
