Larry Clifford

Our house had been on the market close to 2 years with two other Real Estate Agencies. They did very little as it was a unique property and doesn't appeal to the majority... in the end we did more marketing ourselves than either agency did. A family friend recommended Larry and his Team Aspire, we were dubious about chopping and changing, 1. it was wasting money, 2. we were running out of time! We had a meeting, basically to see if Larry had a different sales pitch. He came across as too good to be true, we thought "here we go again" but we weren't left with much of an option as the Agent we were with said we would have to throw more money at marketing. I said I didn't want to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result, that's the definition of insanity! Long story short, Larry and Kim had a contract on our house in less than a fortnight. The buyers had a few difficulties with the sale of their house (through a different Agency), so there were a couple of glitches, which in the end didn't affect our sale but Larry and Kim were always available to discuss what was going on and calm our frazzled nerves. Team Aspire were more like friends than a Sales Team. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future!

A contract for the sale of my property happened a lot sooner than expected

He is great real estate agent. I am fully satisfied by his service. I am strongly recommend him.

Overall we were satisfied with the outcome of the sale and the services that Larry provided.
