Julian was awesome, he communicated very well, had great market knowledge and was dependable. We live interstate, and never met him, but we felt at ease right from the start. He helped organise all the trades to renovate our 20 year old townhouse, including painting, floors, blinds, elelectrical and repairs. The trades he used were well priced and did a great job. Julian also organised for our property to be staged and helped us find a conveyancer. In the end we got a record price for the complex and everything went smoothly.
