Agents enthusiasm was high in the beginning...

Agents enthusiasm was high in the beginning, but I felt it dipped on some occasions. I felt pressure at times when the agents only line of attack was for us to lower our price. I also felt our first real offer was not handled as best it could have been because of rushing our decision. Alex Noutsos was wonderful to work with and easy to relate with, making for a good experience. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances and timing, which we completely understand he was not with us when our sale went through. This I am sure was as disappointing for Alex as it was for us. I also felt that once the sale was done there was no close consideration of celebrating felt from Belle staff, other than to get signatures and conclude communications, and at the same time the agent who stepped in for Alex allowed our sale price to be released even though we specifically requested it not be published. This was extremely disappointing and an indication of really how little Belle staff closely listened to and cared for clients.
