Due to the illness of my Mother and her necessary move to a Nursing Home in Cardiff Heights, I had to fly to Australia from New Zealand to finalise her domestic affairs, and that included the sale of the her property, described above. Acting under the influence of a limited timeframe, I found Laura to be very co-operative and understanding of the situation in which I found myself. In a short period of time, and due to her endeavours, I had received interest from 3 separate parties, all of whom were keen to purchase my Mothers property. The sale was finalised before my return to New Zealand. Laura I believe to be an extremely professional Agent, and I was , and I still am, very grateful for the manner in which undertook her duties. I first met Laura when she did an evaluation on my property to sell. As things go it was actually over 18 months later when I finally decided to sell. I had been so impressed by Laura that it was a no brainer to contact her to represent me. Turns out that was one of the best decisions I had made. Laura’s unfailing reserves of energy and ability to “get the job done” are admirable to say the least.
