I cannot recommend Laura enough! From the moment we met her, I knew she was going to be fantastic. Unfortunately we had a rough start to our selling journey (with another real estate) before we found Laura and let's just say I wish we had of gone to her first! Our first open home with Laura, we had more potential buyers through the doors than we had in 3 months with our previous agent! Only a few short weeks later and we had a contract. Laura took the stress out of selling our first home and was very professional and honest.

Laura went above and beyond, knowing we had a very short timeline to buy and move she acted fast and made sure we were in before we needed to be. All communication was prompt and was always there to answer any questions. Super great full with the level of service we received from Laura.

We had very limited time to purchase a house, Laura went above and beyond by coming to house inspections, hooking us up with a broker. When we found this house unfortunately work commitments meant we couldn’t view it. However Laura viewed and videoed every nook and cranny so we could see what it was like. Laura was able to communicate with our broker which meant a lot less stress and pressure on us. She also worked out an earlier settlement date so we could move in before our new family member.

Market knowledge was impeccable along with communication of what was happening at all times. Very impressed with Laura’s skills.

Laura was a fast mover and left no stone unturned. She explained everything in detail and kept us in the loop with every process. She worked around our busy schedules, but was mindful to not disturb our home life too much. Very happy with the process as a whole. Would highly recommend Laura to anyone and everyone.
