The reason we chose Kim to help us sell our property was that she initially approached us in a much more relaxed fashion than other agents. We never felt coerced or rushed into doing anything. She was friendly and knowledgeable and due to her long experience working in real estate in Hervey Bay she already knew our house and also knew the builder.
