Lauren and Mia did a great job selling the family home off market. All done over the early New Year period with minimal fuss and lots of effort. Always took a phone call no matter what time or day and the sale was done. The follow up after the sale was good as well. No pressure to sign a contract until a vendor was ready to put in a bid which was good as we were not really ready to commit to an agent. Saved us lots by not having to market or style the house. We thank them both for their professionalism. Lauren and Mia had an opportunity to sell the house off market and they did so from under the other agents noses which is a huge credit to them as all the other agents were approaching us in mid-late January but too late, they'd already found and signed a buyer.
