Lauren was recommended to us by our neighbours who told us they’d found a “gun agent”. We were in a situation where we needed to sell quickly and there were a number of things we needed to get done in order to have the property up to scratch before we put it on the market. Given our circumstances, we were incredibly stressed about how we would undertake the work, unsure of what we could anticipate as a sale price etc. Lauren gave us advice on what was and wasn’t necessary to complete before the sale and linked us to builders we could engage quickly. In the context of our stress levels, it was a relief to have someone capable and reliable we could trust. Due to previous experiences, we were anticipating that once the contract was signed we would have minimal contact from the agent however this was definitely not the case. One of Lauren’s strengths is that she is in regular contact and provides updates and any additional information she thinks may be useful in the process of both selling and buying. She was also reliable in following up. Her assistant, Mia was also consistently prompt and efficient. It really felt as though we had someone by our side, thinking of our personal circumstances and adapting the assistance and advice we needed based on our circumstances.
