This was our first property purchase experience and Lauren has been present from first inspection to delivery of the keys and beyond. She even went out of her way to source one of the missing knobs of gas cook top soon after we moved in. On auction day where we had close to no experience, she brought that extra support to take us through the whole process with ease. She was also a great source of knowledge when we started to discuss our future plan with the house.
