Lauren was super proactive, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Each week we would get a report of any potential buyers that had enquired online, and even though we were semi-rural, she would make the time to come out after hours and Sunday's if buyers wanted to be shown through. The property listing was easy and stressless, and the project to modernise the home was well-managed. It's a challenging and emotional experience when you sell the home you have lived in for the longest time in your family life. Not to mention that three beautiful girls and our grandchildren have made many memories in this home you are now selling. This was not lost on Lauren, who worked with us and helped us through the emotional decisions that had to be made.
