Lauren came highly recommended to me from a friend and she did not disappoint. Lauren was very professional, prepared, knowledgably and friendly throughout the whole process. She made me feel conformable with making different selling choices and provided me with her expert opinion to help make decision easier. During this process, I put a hold on selling my house while I had some financial decisions to make, withdrawing my property a week before we were going to launch. She was kind and genuinely came across that she cared more for my life situation, rather than just getting another sale. She had done a lot of work at this stage, and did not put any pressure on me to continue on with the sale of my property. When I contacted her 2 months later, she came across excited with my decision to sell, quickly got everything ready again and was able to sell my place pre launch due to her network and connections with a buyer.
