This was my first time selling and lovely Lauren made it super easy for me. She had great market knowledge, selling tips and guided me through the whole process. I hardly had to do a thing apart from have my place tidy & clean for opens! Lauren would keep me updated regularly and would always call me straight after opens with detailed reports on how many potential buyers attended, if they were interested in my property or not and often their financial situations. She also handled all communication with solicitors and banks and followed them up so that we could exchange quickly, which saved me a lot of stress! Lauren was always professional, positive and committed to getting me the sale I wanted!
