Miss Lauren, from the first contact she was just the right fit , she listened and went with what we wanted for the sale of our property. can't say that for the other agents that we spoke to from different real-estates. Has the country person feel of warmth about her with the city sales professionalism. score card AAA+

All I can say is I am very lucky this lady ‘Lauren’ looked after the entire campaign. Lauren made the whole experience worry free, whilst looking after every minor detail that even I hadn’t thought of. Props to Lauren! These times are incredibly hard and people are unsure about buying property especially with interest rates on the rise and many other contributing factors. We didn’t sell at auction but within one day she sold the property, and above what I was asking. Boom 💥 Boom 💥 I was blown away with the end result. Overall, I am extremely happy. I’m a difficult client, i’m old, grumpy and disagreeable and want perfection and this lady moved mountains and made everything happen. I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. I’m the first person to give negative feedback or criticism where it’s needed, and I find myself singing her praises. So; whoever reads this, if you want to sell a house without the stress, hassles, the worry, visit Lauren, and tell her ‘ the grumpy old bastard sent you’ Tell her what you want, walk away and allow her to do the rest. I can’t fault her. I give her 20 out of 10 if that’s possible or such a thing. Finally, I would never write a review under any circumstances but her professionalism, attitude, interpersonal skills, communication skills made such a difference without being too corporate orientated, overall she made the whole thing easy and relaxed.. Clearly, I’m still very happy, I’d go so far as to say vote Lauren as prime minister that’s how happy I am. Thank you very much to the Belle team.

Lauren and Scott were extremely optimistic Hard working and experienced sales people. Lauren organised the renovation and inspections very well. She is super friendly professional and easy to get on with. I had no feeling that her attitude was false or self serving. She comes across as genuine and authentic . Scott is a go getter which you need for an auctioneer. He is friendly and hardworking and got me the best price he could. I recommend both of them highly.

As I work in a rural location and could not attend a scheduled inspection Lauren went out of her way to show me a property of interest which we later purchased. I am grateful for her response and interaction with our advocate.
