There was quite a compressed time frame to get critical renovations done and then market the property. Also a shorter than usual settlement time was required, also needing to be taken into consideration. Final price seems quite good, considering the above matters.
I rented my property through Belle and then sold it through Belle. It was a seamless process the whole time.
