Lauren was great talking the talk before I signed the contract to engage Ray White. Once signed, her communication quickly dropped off. In the time the property was on the market, I received only two of the promised weekly written reports (one of which was at my request). When I requested the next weeks report, I was told there was nothing to report on. I had requested a phone call following open homes to give me a quick update however this just didn't happen. Text messages were often not replied to in a timely manner and, in some instances, I had to follow her up for an answer (the next day!). In fact, my last text message sent to her yesterday has not even been responded to. I expressed my concern during the process regarding her lack of communication and openness. She was aware her communication was poor/nonexistent and apologised and acknowledged she needed to do better. This, however, was an empty promise and no improvement to communication was forthcoming. The price achieved was also very disappointing. I agreed to a much lower price than she said would be achieved, as I felt pressured by her to make a quick decision and also had a great distrust in her as an agent throughout the process. I felt completely in the dark during the whole process and feel extremely disappointed by the entire experience, lack of communication and effort.

We spoke to Lauren 12 prior to our current listing, she kept in constant contact with gentle reminders she is there if ever we need any advice or her help in any way. Fast forward to an agents agreement Tuesday photos/videos, 48 hours live, open home Saturday and 3 offers and holding deposit and contracts Al in the space of 5 days. Our asking price was achieved and Lauren made the whole process smooth and pleasant, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lauren Vella as a great agent to have on your side. Lauren was a massive help with everything and supported us with valuable assistance with all we needed through the process As first home buyers it was a little daunting but Lauren definitely made the entire process a pleasant experience to look back on It was truely a pleasure :)

With what was possibly a challenging property to market, Lauren secured us a better sale price than expected, within 6 hours of the first open.
