I have come across Lauren on many occasions at opens whilst looking for a house over the last six months. She is always polite, happy and encouraging. If the property we are looking at is not suitable she mentions others that may be. She knows and understands what the buyer is looking for. She has sent emails with details of properties that may be suitable and if I mention a property and she says its not suitable I trust her. She is genuine and honest in terms of pricing and what the seller actually wants. I know in this market that people bidding against people can push a price up but its nice to have an honest ball park to begin with so no one is wasting anyones time or emotional energy.
