My interaction with Laurie was limited but she was friendly and professional and provided timely responses to emails. I purchased land in a multiple-offer format and I didn’t like the closed nature of the process.
When land was not selling well we were receiving low offers for our lot. While it would have been expedient for Laurie to recommend a rare but low offer, she was supportive of us aiming higher for a potentially much longer time frame.
