My interaction with Laurie was limited but she was friendly and professional and provided timely responses to emails. I purchased land in a multiple-offer format and I didn’t like the closed nature of the process.
When land was not selling well we were receiving low offers for our lot. While it would have been expedient for Laurie to recommend a rare but low offer, she was supportive of us aiming higher for a potentially much longer time frame. She secured a favourable offer that set the record in Hilton for land on a $/m2 basis. That was the highlight and everything else was done professionally.

Lauri was a wonderful agent before I moved into the house. My reasonable comment about not being able to connect the washing machine because the builder forgot to make a hole in the laundry cabinet was met with annoyance by Lauri and her telling me that I should fix it myself. I had to argue with her. There are more little issues ( a door that cannot close + others) I'm now reticent to talk with her in case she throws the responsibility of repair back on me. I've been very ill and don't have the emotional energy to fight her on every detail
