Lauri Curtain did a tremendous job selling my house. Initially she made a few practical suggestions on how to improve its street appearance then put me in touch with someone to furniture stage my property. I'm so glad I went with them. The house looked lovely when they were done. We agreed together to try a (somewhat) new internet bidding platform which proved to be a master stroke for me. Lauri was upfront and honest with me the entire time. I was able to watch the bidding platform as a spectator. After initial bids most of the action happened in the last ten minutes. I believe that the advantage for the buyers was that they could see one another's bids and make the decision if they wanted to increase their bids to obtain the property.
