Lea was recommended to me by a local Gold Coast business friend. I live interstate and listed two 3 bedroom units at different street addresses with Lea almost at the same time and although the market was dropping we were able to get good prices for both of them before the market bottomed out. One unit took months longer than the other to sell even though there were many other similar units for sale in the same complex. However, I took Lea's advice and priced them just above where we thought the market was based on realestate.com.au data. I feel that Lea worked very hard for me in bringing the buyers up to where our prices were set. Most of the other units that were for sale during that time did not sell during the time I had mine listed.
