Lea is a very friendly person as are most agents. However, behind that person is a very competent, efficient and effective sales person. Lea is a person that is very quick to return calls when contacted, sticks to her word, provides a clear strategy for the sales process she wants to adopt and ensures you are comfortable with her approach. Her word is her bond and she knows her market. I rang her and she responded quickly, she outlined her plan of attack. Despite her workload she found time to go and assess my property and gave me an estimate that seemed a good price. Once I agreed that she would be my agent, she arranged to get photos of the property within a couple of days and the next day they were up on realestate.com.au. She had prospective buyers go through the property and she had a buyer within 24 hours. After some quick negotiations that day the property was sold a little above her estimate and significantly higher than some other agents quoted. I would recommend that anyone around the Gold Coast area who is considering to sell would doing themselves a big disservice if they didn't contact Lea to see what she could do for them.

"To be honest, we would have gone with Lea no matter which agency she was with as we knew from first hand experience that both she and her assistant Virginia would do the best that they could for us. There were two aspects of the sale that I would like to comment on and they in turn relate to both before and after the signing of the contracts. On the before side, in relation to assisting the purchaser meet the stringent requirements that the Body Corporate Committee of the building that housed our unit placed on her, we can only say that both Lea and Virginia were magnificent in helping her to comply 100% and in a very timely manner indeed. Before we even met Lea Pettett from LJ Hooker Robina, we just knew IF anybody was going to sell our house, Lea would be the one, as we had followed her sales in the area for some time ... and she seemed to "nail it" every time, achieving "real" prices for "well deserving" properties. Lea obviously "worked hard FOR her clients". She achieved great results, and was and is (in our opinion) a champion in putting Robina back on the map in the way it should be portrayed ..
