Having not lived in this area before Leann’s knowledge helped guide us to what was available. Leann also let us see photos of the property we bought before it went to market. All through the process Leann was very helpful, cheerful and went out of her way to help us ‘she gave us the extra mile’ We are thrilled with our purchase thank you Leann.
We chose Leann to sell our house based on our asssessment of her knowledge and strategy during an initial meeting with her and also a personal recommendation from a relative. Because we live 8 hours from the house to be sold, we needed a trustworthy, motivated and professional agent to handle the process. Leann gave us excellent advice and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process. We highly recommend Leeann for anyone seeking a professional, stress free experience in selling real estate.
What an incredible human! Leann was amazing throughout the entire process of selling our property. Being interstate made selling a difficult decision but Leann was fantastic. She inspected the property and advised what work/cleaning needed to be done. She arranged for the property to be styled and photos to be taken. The house looked fantastic! Once the property was on the market Leann's communication throughout the process was fantastic. I was kept informed about everything that was going on. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the friendly and thorough service I received from Leann. I would not hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to others. Thank you Leann for everything you did - you went well beyond what was expected and we are very grateful for that, and for the great result that was achieved!
