Her knowledge of the property sale process was very good. Leann was always available for updates and kept us informed every step of the way. She also assisted in dealing with the Strata Corporation and introduced me to my new neighbor. Overall I was very happy.
Leann from the moment we met her she was extremely professional. Leann took her time with us and looked all over the house , even going outside and down the backyard etc. She was able to advise us to what repairs/maintenance we should do and even provided us with names of tradesmen etc we could use. Leann was the only agent that we met with that offered suggestions as to who she would market to as in 1st home buyer, property developer, person with a caravan or boat as the property lent it self to that sort of buyer.
