Overall glad with how things went. She was very cooperative. The only thing that we were not happy about was that we never heard at at all after we got settlement news specially when we had some issues in settlement dates. One of the things which probably goes down as life time memory is “sold” banner which normally goes at the front of the house and you can have a family photograph with that. It never went up infront of our home so now we don’t have any of those memories. Overall we are happy with the property as we have settled in and things are going well.

From my first dealings with Leann, I had no doubt she was the right agent to choose in selling my mother's property. She had broad experience with recent sales in the area, and gave advice as to the best way to present the unit, which was empty. Leann was very empathetic in considering my needs and what I required of a property, and was able to facilitate the process in a way that reduced the stress. Her knowledge of the property sale process was very good. Leann was always available for updates and kept us informed every step of the way. She also assisted in dealing with the Strata Corporation and introduced me to my new neighbor. Overall I was very happy.

Leann from the moment we met her she was extremely professional. Leann took her time with us and looked all over the house , even going outside and down the backyard etc. She was able to advise us to what repairs/maintenance we should do and even provided us with names of tradesmen etc we could use. Leann was the only agent that we met with that offered suggestions as to who she would market to as in 1st home buyer, property developer, person with a caravan or boat as the property lent it self to that sort of buyer.
