Leanne was able to assist in all aspects if the sale from advice on preparing the house for sale,to recommending contractors to help with the job, all of whom were also great to deal with and did fantastic work. The house sold at a good price, in a reasonable time during a very tough time for house sales at the peak of coronavirus lockdowns. I would highly recommend Leanne and her team and will certainly use them again myself.
I think that Leanne gave us good advice re the presentation of our property and we were very happy with the people she recommended to set up and photograph our house. Even though Leanne's strategy made the sale of our house very quick and painless for us, I do feel that a little more thought should have been given to the fact that the house may have sold without all the advertising that she suggested we be involved in from the start. This may not have been the case of course. We found her feedback a little light on at the beginning. Another point we noted was that there was never an Under Contract or Sold sign displayed on the For Sale sign on the property. No explanation was given for this. Having said all this we found Leanne to be a very accommodating, positive, knowledgeable, friendly and well presented agent to be involved with.
