We are first enlisted Leanne To sell our rental property Over 12 months ago. Leanne we very Professional from the start with some good recommendations For styling and gave us phone numbers for Stylist and photographer. Leanne worked to get a sale with lots of open house days. We had a few offer but with the banking royal commission and an election about to happen some that wanted to a better offer could not get finance. So we put it for rent with Gardian Realestate for 12 months with the hope things might have improve. So two before the tenant was to move out Leanne and I we’re in contact she contacted the tenant to be able to show the house before the tenant move out. So we sign up and pay the internet advertisement at the meeting my wife said if you can sell it in two weeks I will buy you both ice cream. 3 days later Leanne rang she say she just have shown a couple through the house. The next was Sunday she showed them again and ask some more information about the house. Monday night we signed the contract for the asking price we were asking. So I can say we are very happy with the outcome. Leanne is the best and Danielle her assistant. We would like to thank them both for working hard to get an ice cream as I promise. So if you want a quick sale bribe them with ice cream😊.
