To sell a house for an elderly parent who has to move and arrange this while living interstate is not an easy task, let alone trying to sell in a down turning market and then there was the floods, but all through this Leanne was aware of our situation and guided us through with empathy and professionalism so eventually the house was sold, which is a weight off the family's mind. Due to difficult circumstances I had to purchase a property in Townsville on short contract terms without personally viewing the property or meeting Leanne. Due to delays in getting finance approved we required a number of short extensions to the finance period and the deal was looking shaky to say the least. If it wasn’t for Leanne’s excellent communication and negotiation skills the deal would have fell through. Leanne kept both parties well informed and displayed a genuine, caring, positive attitude that gave everyone confidence that the sale would go ahead. I highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking to buy or list properties as she is an absolute pleasure to deal with 11/10!!!
