Due to difficult circumstances I had to purchase a property in Townsville on short contract terms without personally viewing the property or meeting Leanne. Due to delays in getting finance approved we required a number of short extensions to the finance period and the deal was looking shaky to say the least. If it wasn’t for Leanne’s excellent communication and negotiation skills the deal would have fell through. Leanne kept both parties well informed and displayed a genuine, caring, positive attitude that gave everyone confidence that the sale would go ahead.
