I have bought and sold many properties over the past 30 years and I have not found any agent to be as professional, honest and basically "caring" as Leanne. I first met Leanne when I needed to sell a rental property in Narangba. This positive experience prompted me to engage her business again to sell my 23 year-old home (recently). Leanne accepted the challenge to sell my house at auction, even though there was a softening in the market at that time. From the outset, she went above and beyond to make sure she found the right buyer for us. Even though the house did not sell at auction, she did manage to get the highest bidder to the figure we needed - within a week! I would like to point out that during the entire process, Leanne worked seamlessly with her team to make sure we weren't inconvenienced any more than absolutely necessary. Leanne is like a breath of fresh air! After interviewing four agents, Leanne breezed in and we immediately felt a sense of calm and order. She's not all hype and fast talking.
