I have bought and sold many properties over the past 30 years and I have not found any agent to be as professional, honest and basically "caring" as Leanne. I first met Leanne when I needed to sell a rental property in Narangba. This positive experience prompted me to engage her business again to sell my 23 year-old home (recently). Leanne accepted the challenge to sell my house at auction, even though there was a softening in the market at that time. From the outset, she went above and beyond to make sure she found the right buyer for us. Even though the house did not sell at auction, she did manage to get the highest bidder to the figure we needed - within a week! Leanne is like a breath of fresh air! After interviewing four agents, Leanne breezed in and we immediately felt a sense of calm and order. She's not all hype and fast talking. But don't let that fool you. She's a go-getter who works tirelessly for her clients in order to secure them the best possible results, all in full consultation with the client. She's not a 'sell at any price and immediately move on' type of agent. She remains in touch and focussed on YOUR PROPERTY and doing her absolute best to achieve an outcome the client is absolutely satisfied with. We do not now the Australian Property Market at all and had no knowledge of how it all worked Down Under. We came to Leanne through recommendation of a friend of a friend. We wanted an Agent we felt we could trust to do their very best for us selling our Mother's house, as we would likely be returning Overseas before house was sold. We liked her straightforward approach, honest appraisal and believed that she and her team would do a solid job and keep it hassle-free for us. Paperwork could all be done remotely through DocuSign. Handy when on the other side of the world. Leanne's communication was excellent keeping us fully informed at every step and arranged trades to fix the buyers snag items to their satisfaction and a gardener to keep the property tidy and presentable. She continued to market the house and have Open Homes until a deal was finalised. She really is a 'safe pair of hands' and she and her team provided us with excellent service. We couldn't have asked for more. We are very pleased with the sale price achieved for the property too. Persistence pays off! We could have accepted some much lower offers, but for her assurance that the Right Buyer would come along soon enough. They did! She knows the market and how to get you a good price for your home.
