Leo has an excellent knowledge of the market and provided a realistic estimate of a property's value. Whilst the sales approach is different to most other agents, its transparency is something not always observed in the sales/purchasing process. It took time to find just the right buyer for a one bedroom cottage, but Michael cheerfully opened the house every Saturday throughout the selling period, with a few private inspections as well.
