I,m not should how she did it, was it just to be, I still aske my self that question. I had my house on the market for 10 months or more with not one offer in that time, Leanne had it sold in 2 weeks with 4 contracts on the table , she rang each buyer from me house and we negotionated a price and sold the house there and then. I think it was the best outcome as the market was slow there and some people said I needed to lower the price.
