When I met Leanne at her office was to put a offer on a house that I looked at on the weekend which was in excellent condition fairly new and nothing needed doing, but what really got my attention was the block was over double size in the estate and had daul entrance.so I had an offer in mind and walked out offering alot more as i wanted this house which was Monday afternoon Tuesday i got a call saying all offers were being presented this afternoon and around 5pm i got the house in which hasn't been on the market for a week, I was surprised how quickly it happened and was in the Wright place at the wright time.
