I was so impressed with Leanne's service and friendly honest feedback re the properties. I had regular calls notifying me of updates when properties became avail or there were properties that may be of interest where other real estates didn't even call or notify me. I felt like leanne wasn't just all about making a sale, she was honest about the properties and what needed to be done to them and she took note of what my interests were and weren't. She didn't push me to buy as she wanted me to purchase something I truly wanted. She took me through quiet a few homes, some several times and never had an issue once about meeting to do so. She was also helpful being a first home buyer just giving me some knowledge on how it all works. I would highly recommend leanne and I am very thankful for her honesty and professional approach. We met Leanne at a different property to the one we finally purchased but she listened to the reasons why we liked and disliked the property we were looking at and suggested we inspect the property we ended up purchasing. Leanne was amazing. She was always professional in her responses and quick to respond to my questions or queries. She was honorable with regards to presenting our offers when we were bidding for a property. It was great to finally deal with an agent with great credibility. She also shared our thrill our offer was accepted. So much so we hired her to then sell our place. She went out of her way to meet us and make time for our offers, contact owners for inspections and arrange other matters outside of her scope of being an agent, when we asked her questions about other matters her replies were prompt. When it came to sell our home she advised us on the best presentation skills and it worked we literally sold 2 days after our first open inspection. Always touching base and keeping us informed of our purchase and sale. When we discovered our purchaser cooled off she jumped onto it immediately and contacted the second interested party. The next days she was back at our house and we signed off the second offer! Sold!!!
