Lee’s communication with us throughout the process was timely and assisted us to navigate the process of buying an investment property. He advised us positively through the negotiating phase with the sellers. He was also able to guide us towards all other agencies required during the purchase.

Always professional and works with you to get the best result

This is the second time we have engaged Lee for the sale of our home and he has always worked very hard for us and always delivers. He is honest, transparent and reliable and is always just the end of the phone or email. After discussing options we decided to use Openn and were very pleased we did. It was such a great process and experience - with the deadline in place and full transparency for buyers and us, we were very happy with the sale price and the terms of the contract which were also very important for us. We would definitely use Lee again, highly recommend and would also use Openn again.
