Lee Hughes from Freedom Properties was responsive, knowledgeable and showed extreme market-awareness
We chose Lee because whilst his market knowledge and presentation was the equal to others we interviewed early in the process, we thought his general demeanor was superior and his valuation of the property we were selling was higher. At the outset we were naturally anxious and hoped that we had 'pulled the right rein' (so to speak). Early in the process it was evident that our choice was the right one and that our exit goals would be reached purely because there was never any differences of opinion on any of the many decisions that are made during the 'Selling' process. The quoted statutory costs were even across the board with the five (5) realtors we used in the evaluation process. Similarly there was little difference in the commissions asked for by the 5 x potential real estate agents we interviewed, though Freedom was marginally the lowest due to an incentive offered if the asset was sold in less than 6 weeks. This proved a winner for all of us. Freedom also unselfishly recommended furniture staging, landscaping and pool/spa certification companies and quickly volunteered their contact details. We chose wisely and are extremely happy with the sale price and settlement arrangements. We would recommend Freedom Properties and Lee Hughes to any persons wanting a relatively stress free house/land sale.
