Lee, in our purchase journey was genuine - transparent and fair in our interactions and negotiations. Was always available and we had a few hiccups on our end with banks and contract delays - which he handled very well between both us and the sellers to assist in a successful transaction that didn’t upset either party- I put this down to one being genuine and caring about the people in the transaction rather then the standard agent that’s self obsessed- definitely one of the better agents I’ve dealt with for that old school person centric approach!! I can’t comment about him selling but he definitely ensured a fair deal for both parties and if we had to sell I wouldn’t hesitate to use him and would recommend him to friends !!
