Lee could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. The property was open for its first inspection on a Sunday which we could not make so he arranged a Saturday viewing and on that day answered all the questions we had. I went back the next day (yeah I know I said I could not make the Sunday but I knew the property would not last long so there were extenuating circumstances). Everything progressed very quickly from there and the deal was done in a few days. This took a lot of stress out of the overall process as we had been looking for quite some time and we were close to over it. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough, it is as simple as that.
