I was lucky enough to have Lee manage the purchase of my holiday cottage in Daylesford, and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with, timely in all his communication, and extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Above all this though, he went completely above and beyond to advise me on setting the property up as a holiday rental, and passing on his tips and advice on not only great contacts, but what the market would be looking for price and style wise. Suffice to say as a newbie to Daylesford, this has been invaluable, and I fully trust his exemplary judgement on what I should and shouldn't do. Lee was sensational selling our house. It’s such a rarity to get an agent that’s real, honest and really works hard. He kept me updated after each and every inspection, letting me know honestly what their interest in the property was. He was often there after hours, so people could view the house. I was absolutely thrilled that we went with Lee as I don’t think we could have picked a better agent. I also loved that he didn’t bullshit to buyers. He let them know all the things that needed fixing, which is great for buyers too! All in all, I was very happy with our choice, thank you!!
