Lee sold our property in Thornbury and we ended up with a result that far exceeded our expectations. Right from the start, Lee worked tirelessly to get our place the maximum exposure and all along gave us honest, and what turned out to be useful and accurate advice. He followed up on all our requests and questions promptly, gave great customer service to anyone showing an interest in the property and skillfully translated initial interest into potential buyers in the day. One of the best things about dealing withbLee was that he also auctioned the property himself. Since he had a really intimate knowledge of the place he presented it really well on the day and knew all the potential buyers since he had shown them all through the property several times. We found that to be a great value add. We were looking for a place for over 2 years so we got to know a lot of agents. Lee was by far the best we dealt with, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him.
