Good Luck Charm

I’m absolutely stoked with the sale! Lee is a dashing good luck charm; high energy, loads of charisma, bright, sunny disposition & proved to be the absolute right man for the job. Lee managed the process to auction well; created easy & open communications with regular phone calls, multiple on-site visits & group text messages for the team it takes to sell a house. Very Happy Seller!

Lee is everything, everywhere, all at once

During our property search we sometimes ran into Lee several times a day. He was always friendly and offered great value insights. He's clearly the Real Estate King of our postcode. We ultimately purchased through his equally noble colleague Angus, and both were wonderful companions on our journey.

Disappointed

I was disappointed. We sold at a price that I believe was significantly lower than our original expected price. He was the lead agent for the sale and he was away for my first and last inspection, and he advised me of this the day before the inspections and not prior to signing the marketing schedule. I felt that it would of been good for him to be at what I consider the most important inspections. I was disappointed with his demeanor during the marketing process and wished I went with another agent. The marketing campaign didn’t go well and he’d often say it’s due to the location. I can’t change the location so it would of been good if he proposed more strategic solutions instead to help offset the issue. He did try to market the place to his other campaigns but I felt like we could of done more. After the second week of inspections, he told me that he and his colleague thought it’ll go for a price below the range. And it did, so I’m not sure why he didn’t recommend I lower the advertised price like other agents I noticed do as to potentially get more competition in the lower range. The property was passed in and we got an offer that day and I felt pressure to sell on the day for an offer I wasn’t happy with. I didn’t get any assurance about any post private sale campaigns so I sold. I worked out that there’s not much more commission relatively for some real estate agents to continue on with a private sale after auction if you sell it for a bit more. He did believe I made the right decision and maybe I did given the marketing campaign. But that’s not what I’m talking about. I get that the markets are uncertain, but I just thought he could of tried harder with offering other solutions we could try. If we sold at the same low price and I felt he tried his best and exhausted all marketing strategies then I wouldn’t be posting this. I left straight after the sale and he said he’ll call me and he didn’t call me for at least a couple weeks after the auction

Very professional

We were very happy with the service from Lee, he was very professional, we felt confident in his knowledge of the market and how best to present our home. His communication was excellent throughout the campaign, a charismatic auctioneer, we got a great result on the day.

Lee is a fantastic people person with a great blend of commercial and humble acumen

Lee was relatable. Lee was able to provide clear and concise advice for my property in the lead up to sale period. We both understand marketing, yet lee maximised the visual selection of photographs to best showcase the property; to align with the market. Lee provides exceptional customer service with open bookings, follow ups, and update summaries post inspection. Lee was able to facilitate multiple interested buyers ethically and authentically. He was able to be transparent with buyers and honest which resulted in a satisfactory sale. Lee listened to my concerns about typical sales strategies on lowering prices during the sales process for quicker sales; and together we achieved a 25,000 increase from the first offer. I appreciate Lee’s professionalism and diligence.

Totally committed to sale

It seems strange to say I trust a Real Estate agent, but I trust Lee. His commitment and truthful, honest comments made me feel comfortable. He was constantly in contact, giving feed back on opens, what he thought was going to happen at auction and striving for a best possible outcome.
