Lee was friendly yet professional at all times, and advocated well on my behalf to get my offer accepted. And both Lee and Paige were prompt and efficient at communicating with me on all matters regarding the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Acton Belle Property team at Rockingham to anybody else wishing to sell or purchase a property.
Lee and his staff were easy to communicate and provided ongoing assistance to us throughout the sales period. Our property was tenanted, he was always considerate of the occupiers and made them feel comfortable, providing them with timely advise of open days, resulting in easy access for prospective buyers. He achieved a sale price that was in the high end of expectation. From our perspective we can confidently recommend him and Action Belle Property to others.
Very happy with the promptness of service and clarity of communication.
Overall, a great experience. Lee kept in loop through the process and provided some helpful inputs related to suburb. Thank you
Lee and Paige Murray have been fantastic. They understood my needs and provided the best advice. Thank you to both of you for both your service and expertise.
Hi would like to thank Lee and crew for making process so easy muchly appreciated thank you cheers trevor horne
Communication with the team was prompt and responded to all queries within the timeframe.
Not the first time we used Lee to buy / sell a property. This time he broke his own record: House advertised on Monday and offer accepted on Wednesday. At the asking price! This speaks for itself, doesn't it. We strongly recommend Lee to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property and we will utilise him again next time.
Lee and the team were really good in communication throughout the sale process.
Lee and Paige were great people thru the whole process and gave us the result we wanted. Thank You again.
Personal has been very helpful I can recommend to any body
I would like to say that Lee and Paige did a great job with everything.
