Lee provided good guidance on what to do to prepare the property for sale His price guide rose once the property was ready to present for sale although maybe was a bit optimistic on the price. Initial home opens were possibly poorly timed as they coincided with public holidays, however this could have been an opportunity as well The strategy of offers over was good and the eventual purchaser just exceeded the eventual agreed number. The property was an estate so from the executors perspective my position was to market and sell the house. I reside remotely from the property so relied on Lees perspective of home opens, property presentation etc I liked Lees clear unambiguous approach to the sale
